To all the players of World of Dreams, thank you What is the World of Dreams?The World of Dreams was a free, private shard which runs on POL, an Ultima Online server emulator. The World of Dreams was opened in August of 1999, and operated until September 10, 2004. The World of Dreams was founded by a group of people dedicated to creating a fun, friendly and enjoyable place to play, and though it eventually passed into other hands, it retained those ideals until the end. The World of Dreams brought people from around the world together to play a game they loved together in friendship, and thought the shard itself is no longer around, it is hoped that those friendships will continue. |
