Tresures of Tokuno / Magic Tokuno weapons

Do the treasures of tokuno currently drop? Also do magic tokuno weapons and armor drop in tokuno?

No and No. I need to update the loot tables or the loot generation routines. Bear in mind the loot tables for each kind of monster are global, not specific to the facet. I would either have to create duplicate monsters with different loot tables, or a routine which checks the facet of the monster and generates loot accordingly, but then if not implemented properly, it could lead to people using moongates to bring monsters to Tokuno and finish them off. I need to make sure they were spawned in Tokuno.

As for implementing Treasures of Tokuno, that was a temporary promotion from OSI. We don't have OSI Artifacts, thus we don't have Treasures of Tokuno either.

Oh ok, just trying to find a few different Tokuno magics but I guess I will just have to keep using magic essence.
