Concentrating Lesser Potions

Right now lesser and normal potions are basically useless. I don't think anybody uses them, with the exception of the poisons maybe. Even new players wouldn't find it hard to get enough greater potions to use.

Would it be possible to add a concentration option? Maybe using the "Modify" button in the alchemy gump.
If you use "Modify" on a lesser potion it could give you the option to concentrate them, 2 lessers = a normal, 2 normals = a greater. (or whatever a fair balance of the regs to make them would be)
