BENSON ???

Exist any information about the NPC named Benson in Yew ?
Yestarday i make trades with him, and he makes a "Bow" - 29% hit dispel magic, without a charges, is a magic permanent, and this permanent enchant have no in "Permanent Enchants List in the "manual"".
It wonderfull, really nice, but exist any list of this enchants ?

29% means 29 charges.
I'm familiar with the acacia. I know how immortality is achieved.

Even though it is temporary, i believe Agata is working on an imbuing skill that will allow you to put charges on items.
