Were is my Teddy Bear with a heart?

I saw these cute little teddys on the table in the bank and was wondering if we got one for valentines day? I know there isnt enough people to really run large quests or it seems not enough staff to host it, but i would still like to be able to earn one for valentines day

Sorry, was so busy these days that I didn't take the time to prepare, and when I least expected it, it was 13th and had work to do all day, then today I was arranging stuff for my real life valentine date. All I had time to do was fix a few errors reported, and stop by the bank to put the bears there. I wanted to add a deed for the bears, and give everyone a beating heart shaped box filled with chocolates.

It might be a day late, but I will try to have them tomorrow, now that I have some free time.
