New Trash Barrels, and New Runebooks

I modified the scripts for these two items.

Trash barrels now allow you to view their contents, and will flush 5 minutes after the last movement inside them.

Runebooks have been modified, they now hold Recall charges, You drag Recall scrolls to a Runebook, and it will recharge. Also, Inscription is no longer necessary for adding runes. Another new feature is that now you can use either Recall or Gate Travel with them. In essence, they work like OSI runebooks.

These new runebooks have a limit of 16 runes, in contrast to the old runebooks' 32 runes. So if you have old runebooks with more than 16 runes, a new runebook with the remaining runes after the 16th will be created in your backpack. The old runebook scripts are being preserved for handling locked down runebooks with more than 16 runes.
