If nothing else, Smudge has some ideas on how the tank on the second floor of the Britain bank might find its way into the private market.

Have you tried building your own fish tank? That's how the idea of a fish tank came about in the first place; a creative individual in an OSI shard stacked a bunch of items that together kinda looked like 'fish tank.' The same thing goes for pianos.

now that u mention stuff like that. I had at one point helped create several interesting items for another shard. Even set up deeds for the items. I'll have to dig em out and send em to. Agata and Laph to look at. Trying to remember everything thing we did, I know there was a sink, a toilet, a shower, and i also believe we had a bathtub. Sure there were other things also.
