Hello

Postby NickH on Sun Aug 15, 2004 7:23 pm

Hi, my name is Nick. My mom, Ravenna, plays in World of Dreams. My brother and I applied for accounts two weeks ago but we still haven't heard anything.

I'm really excited to play WoD. I like to hunt monsters,
track monsters, and tame animals for pets. I want to make a Ranger character. :) I hope we get to play in WoD
because I want to play with my mom and brother.

Thank you,
Nick

Hehe, at least three times a day the boys ask me to check my email. They REALLY want to play. :p

I see little to no reason why they couldn't, perhaps someone would like to look into this, a 2 week wait doesn't seem right.

The situation was looked into and rectified. An incorrect email address on the application rendered the acceptance letter undeliverable.

 Bah, it was my fault. Thank you for looking into it and fixing my mistake, Siobhan.

Proofreading is my friend. :p

The boys have been playing all morning and having a blast.

Very glad to hear it. They seem like good players, I met them at the bank today.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped the boys today. They had so much fun, I could barely get them off the computers for dinner or bed. :) Good thing school starts in two days, hehe.

There were people giving the boys gold, weapons, armor, buff clothing, obsidian mounts, kiddie wisps, and some took them out fighting in a dungeon. Even more people offered to help but I think they have enough stuff to get them started. There were so many generous offers I couldn't keep track of them all. Thank you very much everyone for showing them your great WoD hospitality.

I hope they weren't a nuisance to anyone. Thornbrand decided Danil was his new friend so he wanted to help Danil out just like everyone helped him. :p I hope you don't mind, Danil. :)

If they're doing anything that bothers someone or is against the rules, please tell me or tell them to stop. They're good kids and would want to know if they're doing something wrong.

Thanks!

Were you born stupid and rude, or did you have to work at it?

And can't you tell it's just a joke? Marius has a thing for 'dark humor.'
You on the other hand . . .

His comment was just plain silliness (something I've come to expect from Marius at times). Whether it was wise or not is not my point here. If you didn't find it funny you could have said that, or better yet, you could have ignored his comment and moved on. Instead you decided to attack him by calling him stupid (Simon calling Marius stupid, ohhh the irony). Very mature of you.

Oh and about you . . . I've already said everything I had to say about you. It seems you haven't changed much.

My dear Joram, I thought we were friends, very well then. I can see I was out of line here.

Wow its horrible nowadays when a nice new person posts about how he is going to be in WoD and someone turns it into yet another thread where people argue over stupid little things. simon, not everything is rude, do you just not know what sarcasm and joking around is? give it a rest.
