A wand of hellfire will cast flamestrike on the target. Very useful as it is a pretty powerful spell.

Just so you can see it (and the other available player-made wands) - go to the Manual, select the dropdown on the left for 'Playing Info', then select the 'Magic Items', then 'Wands'. There's a list of the wands that players can make, with requirements and info.

while i normally avoid ancient dragons sometimes you do need to get rid of one. my preferred method for doing this is to open my bag of hellfire wands and grab one up with lots of charges (hopefully). then you target the dragon and let fly. the dragon immediately drops whatever its doing to pursue me. I then run madly about staying away from the dragon as much as possible while mashing the use last item macro button. this works pretty well until the wand runs out of charges. at this point i have to stop running and grab another wand and restart the process. the unpleasant part is that the dragon catches up to me and starts taking chunks out.

generally takes two wands to kill the dragon and barring lag this is the fastest and safest method of dealing with a dragon i have found (given my skillset). i keep thinking after the fact that casting darkness on the dragon before grabbing the new wand would be smart. sadly this keeps happening after the dragon is dead for some reason.

Just a quick question ... Kaice what browser do you use. On the manual I don't have a drop down on the left that includes playing info. I was wondering if maybe the normal microsoft browswer isn't including that or any ideas why I dont have that?

I use Netscape 7.0 at home, and MS Explorer 6.0 at work. Both have the dropdown.
Now, we're talking about the MANUAL, here, not these forums. Across the top of your browser page should be (starting from the left) "Select a Menu", with a dropdown box under it, and then the Title (The World Of Dreams Player Manual". The dropdown box I'm speaking of shows on initial entry as "Home" with a dropdown arrow to display the remaining selections.
Can't do it from work, but if you still need help after I get home, I'll screenshot and post the piccie.
