A few sub-groups of WOD have communicated by IRC into the recent past, but I am not one of them, so I cannot give you a point of contact. In general, WODians have communicated primarily in these forums, in the game, and in in-game messaging.

A lot of us jump onto irc.stratics.com, channel #WoD, which is the official channel as far as I know :)
