Now this is (potentially) some good news: Bethesda (the company that made Morrowind and the other Elder Scrolls games) have bought the rights to the Fallout series. Fallout was previously owned by Interplay, but they're pretty much going belly-up, and a lot of people were losing hope of ever getting another sequel to the excellent Fallout series (if you haven't played Fallout - Go. Buy. Now.)

Assuming that they remain true to the original source material, this is potentially a marriage made in heaven.

oh how I hope this is true. fallout and fallout 2 are 2 of my favourite games.
