 Sorry, the history is already in the manual, actually I have done a fair amount of work on page headers in that section this week.  It was just 1 of the 2 direct links to it was incorrect.  It has apparently been that way since the changeover from Uthr's server, and no-one caught/mentioned it until now.  The link has been fixed now.
