Holidays and seasons

Postby llong15 on Sun Aug 15, 2004 10:35 am

Do we have different seasons in Britian?

Where can we get holiday decorations for our houses?
Do we have decorations for holidays?
Do we do special things during the holidays?

This is my first year in Britian. Didn't know how things are done here.

Please answer. Thanks

I havent been here a full year yet myself but I do know when I joined near last easter I got a free easter basket of stuff, had rare candy items in it and everyone got 1 rare house deco. Mostly Bird Baths and maybe stuffed bunnies I think! I also believe they do something simular for Christmas!

I believe the bunnies were from last year's Easter. I joined last october. We got a goodie bag for Halloween with unusual potions(temporary morph into a monster) and a ghost cutout. For xmas, you get a xmas tree (which will disappear sometime in January) and two giftboxes. You choose from a list of the presents for that year. Last year the options were dragon statue, marble horse, painting, and item repair kit. I heard the ankhs were from the xmas before. I think the teddy bears might have been from a holiday before my time too.

Holidays are warmly celebrated here, and yes the teddy bears were X-mas presents from years past.
