When I first come to the Boards, the icons to the left are highlighted to tell me which areas have new topics to read. These last couple of days, however, when I have gone to read the first topic in the first forum (usually Tech), the colors go away. Instead of being able to see that Fellowship Hall and For Sale have new posts, for example, I have to check the dates.

Has something been changed? Is that an option that I may have inadvertently checked?

cookie expired probably or perhaps a change in your cookie accepting settings.

Yes, a cookie problem is the only thing that I can think of, offhand... You could try logging out and then back into the boards to see if that fixes it, and if not, then try deleting all the cookies from the *.theworldofdreams.com domain.

Thanks Ehran and Drocket. I cleared my cache and that seemed to do the trick.

I was right about something computer related??? usually i know just enough to get in trouble.
