In no particular order...

Indiana Jones Trilogy
Die Hard Trilogy
All 5 (soon to be 6) Star Wars
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Star Trek III: The Search for Spock
Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home
Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country
Star Trek: Generations
Star Trek: First Contact
(the other Star Trek movies are ok, but not in the class of the ones above, IMHO)
South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut
Shrek
Titanic
The Fugitive
Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
The Princess Bride
X-Men (still haven't seen the second one, dangit)
Midway
A Few Good Men
Mission Impossible
Mission Impossible II
Independence Day (completely unbelievable but still fun)
Robocop (but only the first, they should've stopped there)
The Craft
The Exorcist (and as scary as the movie is, read the book. )
The Long Green Mile
The Shawshank Redemption
Men in Black (again, the sequel sucked)
Enemy of the State
All of the Dirty Harry movies
Absolute Power
Debbie Does Dal...oh wait, wrong list

You MUST see X-2. It totally owns the first one.

I can't wait for Spidey 2!

Ever seen LA Confidential? From looking at your fav movies selection I think you'd enjoy watching that movie (hint--it's a cop movie).

Btw, Shrek 1 & 2 have to be the funniest movies I've ever seen (especially the second one). I dare you to name a funnier movie . . .

I second all of liselle's and add on south park. Oh and by the way joram you need to go get some real comedys if you think that shriek is really all that funny.

I've seen all of Liselle's choices (some more than twice) but I still have to say Shrek is funnier than them. I mean, heck, Liar Liar wasn't even that funny at all. Jim Carrey isn't the make-me-laugh-every-other-second kinda character, anyway. He is 'entertaining' but hardly hilarious. He relies too much on dumb facial expressions and being a goof. Sorry but being a goof doesn't qualifies as grea humour in my book.
History of the world part I, I just saw again the other day. You know, I remember it being it more funny than that. Now that I've seen it recently in the light of newer, more funny movies I have to say History of the World part I doesn't even make it into my list of funniest movies ever.

Spaceballs was truly funny, though. Still . . . doesn't hold a candle to shrek.

Oh, about South Park. They're funny but not that funny. I saw that one movie where Kenny dies and goes to hell (now what was the name of it?) with the whole Saddam and the Devil being lovers, and that's just a sign the writers are not imaginative enough to come up with some really funny material so they put something ridiculous instead. That's right, South Park is all about ridiculing and offending people. It's impressionistic. Every now and then one of the characters will actually say something that's truly funny. Otherwise it's all about insulting someone or something, poking fun at someone or some idea/institution. That only works half the time because chances are that if you pick on everyone and everything out there you're going to step on my toes sooner or later.
