Selling my Magincia home

I won't be playing UO,at least awhile,and it's not right to tie up a nice static when I won't be around.That being said I'm selling my Magincia home(one with the pool)It is a 5 point house with 160 lockdowns and 20 secures.Auction will end 48 hrs after the last bid.Bids start at 700K.Happy bidding all.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset anyone by waiting to the last few hours to bid. If Ki'Anna will allow it, please allow me to retract my bid. The house is can be Orion's tonight at 1.3.

If you want to retract that is fine, if Kaisa lets you, but either way my bid stands at 1.5 million, not 1.3.

As long as Henna still retracts her bid, I guess I'm the winner at 1.5 million.
Kaisa I need to sell my tower. I'll be home tomorrow around 6pm so give me a few minutes after I log on and then I can pay you and we can transfer ownership anytime after that.

I did some consulting and I did say 48 hrs after last bid.Henna offered a fair bid and was within the 48 hrs so her bid stands.Orion that makes yours of 1.5 million the last bid.Auction will end 48 hrs after that bid unless another bid is placed.Sorry Orion but it's only fair to others.
