If you got to the manual and do a vendor search on agility, in amongst the potions you will find some jewlery, shinning provides +5.

If you are planning on using a necklace, you probably want to be sure to wear either a chain coif or ringmail coif as those also provide neck protection, hits are location specific here, so if you wear say a plate helm and necklace your neck will be mostly unprotected.

You can probably also find some reasonable weapons on the vendor search as well or on the auctioneer ingame, really with the exeption of silver vs undead types magic weapon bonuses don't really make much of a difference especially after considering that exeptional items give a 5% bonus to hit that magic weapons don't.

And decreasing condition drops damage very very fast, i'd say most of destruction weapons are really overrated. Those are good for showing off. After few drops of durability on magic weapon, exceptional weapon stands more effective and are technically "free" to get.

and you can make it all sorts of pretty colours just as easy

so you keep your stuff in top condition
I repair when it gets to "acceptable" so it's always good/perfect
(that would be a collection of more than 10 desties-swords,axes,bows,spears,kryss,xbows)
