OK , couple questions (and Yes, I do vote before anyone asks me

How often (and under what time constraint) can we vote? I try to vote at least once a day from home and also from work - in case there's some kind of IP address check, but just what are the limits for actually being able to go and vote and get the vote registered?
I'm pretty certain that I've tried going into it a couple times in a very short time period, and the subsequent votes don't seem to be accepted.
