The town crier made mention of Ophidians being in the swamp east of Britain and to the south of the city of Vesper, so a group of us went to investigate.

The actual numbers were small, looked like scouting patrols, in any case, 2 notes were found that hinted that some sort of attack was fairly immenent. I don't have posession of the notes, but believe Britain was mentioned.

Just a heads up to the travellers of the land that a bit of extra caution might be in order for the next little while.
