Hi all, my computer's OS is broken in these day, so i format and reinstall my OS, the problem is here, i installed my UO Second Age, and goto here to dl wod_files.zip, i renamed and replace them, and i change login.cfg too, , but not work,

1. i dunno how many file(s) i need to dl right here,
2. i reinstall and update the UO many many time, but not work......

what should i do??? please help me!!!

Don't just rename the login.cfg that was installed with uo. You need to download the wodli.cfg from here.

Use your account name and password from WoD, not the boards.
Also, don't rename the files. Leave them as they are and use the client that comes in the zip package.

Try shutting the computer down completely, wait a bit, and then restart it and try again. If that doesn't work, there are some old threads (use the Search option at the top of the page) for resolving Windows XP file permission issues. I don't use XP much so I don't remember how to change the settings off the top of my head. Good luck!
