Having a static IP generally means a Cable or possibly DSL connection both of which generally come with a few email accounts. You don't have access to an email account from that?

Other than that, I fear you are most likely out of luck.

Just currious, what service do you use? I am not familiar with an "antena" service. This is new to me and sounds different. Is it a service available in your area only? What are the speeds, reliability and such, as well as the price. Thanks in advance.

antenna

ahh it looks like a flat dish somewhat smaller than a satellite tv dish i have 2mb up 650 down and it is 48 a month with the 5 dollar equipment rental they are trying to compete with charter the company is a local tricity company.

I have had better luck with this antenna than cable it has only gone down once and the speed is consistent.
