Pretty please can we make any and all decoration have some sort of value? Whether it be a moderate gold amount to sell to an npc or trade in value to AG of 1 ticket each or 1 benson point to benson? Something to make it worthwhile for us horders to unload a lot of items somewhere.

I feel you on this one. It's just so hard to throw stuff like that away.
