Making Cloth

There dosnt seem to be a way to make cloth any more? It used to be you use the sewing kit on the bolt and it made cloth but now it opens the menu, I have tried all the different options on bolts and looked for a cloth option in the menu but I cant seem to find one.

That is automatically done during material selection at the moment of crafting cloth items.

So if I make some clothes it will make folded cloth too?

Yes, it will make 50 cloth per bolt of cloth, up to 5000 (consuming 100 bolts of cloth) and consume from that cloth for crafting the clothes you selected.
