Does anyone remember how to label a bag/backpack with a specific name? I seem to recall there was a "trick" to make this possible, but I can't for the life of me recall what it was. Searching the manual came up empty.

put it on your vendor for 1 gold. that asks you to name it. then buy it back.

Give it 0 gold and the vendor will say "Well, you just keep it then." Because if you don't happen to have 1 gold in your inventory you can't buy it back, even though you don't get charged by your own vendor you need to have the money to cover the purchase.

Actually, you don't even have to put a price on it. The vendor will ask you what you want to name the 'item', name the bag and hit OK. The vendor will then ask you how much you'd like to charge for this 'item'. Hit cancel and he/she will say "Well then you just keep it then.", and the newly renamed item will return to your pack.

You can also do this using the Auctioneer.
