Razor not working, stuck at verifying password

trying to use UO automap but apparently that requires razor. Well i set razor to the correct server, cnwodclient.exe and "use OSi encryption".

Still stuck at verifying password

notes, using windows 7 pro 64bit

also tried UO Steam and have the same issue

Make sure "Patch client encryption" is checked as well.
I'm familiar with the acacia. I know how immortality is achieved.
