Raw regs

Does anyone use these? Is there some special use for them that I dont know about? Everytime im in despise cavern or deceit 4 or covetous 4/5 whatever it is i harvest them but they just sit in my bank box collecting dust.

raw regs are used by druid hopefuls to make druid spell runes.

An alchemist can also process the raw regs to transform them into regs for spellcasting.
