Character creation disconnect

Is there a way to increase the disconnect timer on character creation? As it is, it can be difficult to get a character how you want it before disconnect.

I can safely guess it's the same disconnect timer for idle characters. It is in the POL configuration, currently you get a warning after 4 minutes, and get disconnected a minute later.
