So, I was out running around this afternoon foolishly exploring, and I thought I would go check out Vesper. I was going to enter by the south end, and well, a Vampire Lieutenant appeared, and in a panic I ran north, right into a Vampire Lord... It didn't end well... 
So if anyone decides to venture out that way, and is in a mood to kill vamps; there is a corpse on the ground and some regs and a rolling pin, some pizzas and maybe some alchemy stuff just south of the Vesper Graveyard, between the gy and the bridge. Right on the road...
