Each morning the hosting company takes a snapshot backup of the entire server. It's quite possible that it's causing the lag during the AM hours. I'll investigate some more...

Started to pick up some what seemed like random lag in Moonglow around 35 degrees 4 mins N and 139 degrees 47 min W (if that helps)
That's just around the southern end of the road from the South entrance to the Moonglow.
Started around 2.10am Eastern Time. Quick, but noticeable start and stops -- noticed cuz I was leading an army of ghosts in to the city and couldn't stay ahead of them
