Skulking lockpicker

I noticed yesterday that there is no way to remain hidden while picking a locked chest. If I have my spec dedicated to hiding/stealth/lockpicking, should this be a thing that I'm able to do? I know I can loot and remain hidden already, so I feel like I should be able to pick that lock remaining hidden. What do you guys think? Maybe a skill check on hiding/remaining hidden on lockpick use.. if that's even possible?

It's a uo thing, but I'm sure it could be fixed. I've always found while hiding/stealthed you should be able to pick locks. Obviously there would be a skill check to see if you remain hidden and obviously of the chest blows you become un-hidden as well.

Ah I see. Well in the meantime I'm going to try and improvise with some summon distraction scrolls, see if I can't pull the pick off before they kill my creature.

you could also have a skilled wand maker make demon wands for you with rubies

Never going to happen. The issue is we don't want people looting chests and leaving the spawned monsters there.
