Crashing .... tried for an hour

I have followed the directions to the letter and re installed 3 times... the client crashes every time I try to log in.

This is what it tells me:
problem event name: BEX
app name client.exe
version 7.0.15.1

I am updating direct x but I have no idea why this is happening.. can anyone help?

After googling I found this

under performance, click settings
click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.

I'll try to help you. I've came back again by this last weekend and I had some issues to run the game (files missing, client crash, etc).

Let me know how you're doing? What version are you installing ? I'de recommend you to install that one:

After you get it installed, you should copy ALL files into UO Classic folder:
http://www.theworldofdreams.com/client/wodpatch.zip

Make sure you have the file Login.wod (provided by the staff)

Next step is to download razor and install:
