I can't find this anywhere in the manual, but I know they exist.
Posion Protection I know is one because I have it on a piece of armor. Im not sure if im supposed to recharge it somehow or something?
I know Magic reflection isnt permanent because it has charges, but there is a magic reflection type one isnt there?
Fire Resistance isnt permanent.
Im sure there are others, does anyone know what they are and which ones are permanent?

I went through the scripts and it looks like all of them — poison protection, magic reflect, fire resistance, frost resistance, electrical resistance, sneaking and regeneration — have charges.

I don't think you can. Maybe set a macro to cast Cloak of Protection and Magic Reflection.
