I come on here from time to time just to see whats going on. This was a fantastic read! I dont remember when I came on, but it had to be late late 90's or early 2000's. I do miss the shard and my friends that I met along the way. Just thought I would stop in ...

what I meant to say is I uninstalled AoS and then installed UO Gold and encountered the same issues.

Ok this is my issue.....I did save the file to uo directory but now I get an error msg from microsoft: wodclient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

ok where would I find this wodli.cfg file? I can only see it in wod_readme.text document.

Confused here since I'm not big into gaming as I once was. I deleted all the text in the login.cfg and typed in wodli.cfg and saved it. It still wont work. Was I supposed to delete all the text in the login.cfg?

I don't think anyone remembers me as I played in 2002 for not long before my school work pulled me from games. A few (especially Edison) may still remember me from when I got involved with Drocket's AOH project in 2005/2006, and then another UO project.

I am very intrigued to log back in again ...
