Declaration of a Crime

I simply will not tolerate any criminals in Moonglow.
The poor corpse I speak of is Brodny, a villager of small note, and yes, an NPC. But in the first day of being an Upstart, I have developed a fierce devotion to both the island I inhabit and all those who live there.
While Britannian Justice (remarkably) has no punishment for murder- unless it is of a person of some import -know this;
Should I find out who killed Brodny, I will hunt you down and eviscerate you.
Consider this my warning, my justification and my closing statement on the matter.

I suspected him of having WMD's, so I had ta whack him. He had an odd look to him and an accent. I didn't find any weapons of mass destruction, but ahhh well he probly hid em. you know how these terrorists are.

I'm not absolutely sure but I believe eviscerate means to slowly and painfully kill someone by removing their entrails through their abdomen.
Will this be a public evisceration?

other than the slowly and painfully part you are quite correct. i do not believe the term specifies any particular speed or desire to inflict pain merely the act of opening the body cavity and letting the contents spill out in disarray.
