Malacin, Ghonec Therilda and Javeson had never been to the newly placed Fountain at the bottom of Covetous so Cloudchaser, Edison and myself joined forces with them and took off from Brit Bank today seeking the well defended Bridge and Fountain. Early on we decided to not run through the top levels instead methodically worked our way to the deepest rooms. We cleared the first two levels with no problems at all and after entering the third level we soon found our way blocked by a secret door leading down to the area where the bridge is. Edison opened the door for Mal and we braced for the fight of our lives. When we reached the stairway lo and behold we found Shakito had managed to work her way down and singlehandedly had all under control
We asked if we could join her and when she agreed we helped her slay the remaining Lizzardmen and their assorted helpers making sure to let her have the spoils of that part of our battle. It was a joy to watch as our group valiantly and systematically bashed and cast all the way down making sure to stay together and wait as those that needed healed or meditated
Teamwork! The reward was a nice pile of gold coins for our hard work and one Benson. And of course we all drank from the Fountain and felt much healthier
