I don't think the price that you set is the issue, I'm just guessing here, but I think that the fact that you are reselling the house is the issue. If you didn't want it in the first place, why didn't you let someone who did want to keep it, buy it?

Will sell it to the first person who will give me 850k for it. No higher bidding necessary. Just post here that you want it for the 850k, give me a time we can meet, and it's yours.

I see it as he is a real estate agent, buy low sell high.. .. industrious...

Hope you get lots for it. Though i (Looks in bank) will never achieve such an amount..
