I agree with you to a certain point. But the problem with a true Troll, is that it does not matter what anyone says. No matter how innocent the comment. No matter how valid the question. The true Troll will find a way to assert his "Trollness". Simon has proved that repeatedly. The "don't feed him and he will go away" theory has not worked.
