Offering help of any kind I can provide...

I would just like to first say that I have noticed a significant drop in the "clique" count on the shard as of late, and I am very happy about this. I would also like to say to ANYONE, ANYWHERE, at ANY time I am online- please do NOT hesitate to drop me a pm, run up to me screaming bloody murder, or just walk by and give me a *poke*- I'll be glad to help anyone out, at any time with hunting, items, whatever...
Especially if you see me at the bank- these are the times when *I* am usually looking for something to do! hehe If you want to run down to a dungeon for a quick hunt- let's go! If you want to do a couple t-maps you've been collecting- let's go! If you want to see if you can get your hands on some decent armor or weapons- I might very well have something in my bank box to help you out, and if not... LET'S GO! My point is this: I have received a LOT of pm's over the past several days which stated initially "I don't wanna bother you, but..." - PLEASE don't feel like you're bothering. If I didn't want people pm'ing me with questions, I wouldn't be on the volunteer help list. Ask away! I'll probably know whatever info you're looking for, and if not, I can sure help you find it.

Maybe that is because they don't exist.

Wait...so you're saying that "Cool oldbie group" with me, you, Atei, and Lagger doesn't exist!? *sniffles*

There is a feature in game called "Online Volunteers." Basically, you log yourself in as someone who is ready, willing and able to provide in-game assistance. Perhaps you should check that out, Celeste.

As to the "cliques" comment, I offer this point of view: I like hunting with people I know because I know they have my back, and they know I have theirs. This can be anything as simple as "buddy-bandaging," to taunting, to just jumping in to help and not running ahead (which abandons your hunting partners).

I have little tolerance for people who do this last one, especially. I am willing to hunt with anyone, anywhere, anytime. But if you run off and leave me to fend for myself, I will be very reluctant to hunt with you again. That's my opinion, for whatever it's worth.

Argh! A mongbat!

Whoa! guys... please, please, please don't take my post as being ANY kind of negative thing in ANY way, shape or form. It's actually ALL positive. All I was saying is that I'm available to ANYONE for just about ANYTHING they need help with... I wanted to point out that I got a LOT of pm's, especially from newer or [young] players, that started with "I hate to bug you, but..." or "I don't mean to bother you, but..." What I was saying to them is to please not feel like they're bugging or bothering by asking questions. That's the only way you learn how things work! :) And I'm ON the Volunteer Help List, with ALL my characters- that's why I said
If I didn't want people pm'ing me with questions, I wouldn't be on the volunteer help list.
:D :D :D

This also goes for ANY player- not just the new guys. Dalia's ressing service is usually a quick responder... :)
