Earlier today I was doing guard quests and my good guard friend Cyrus in the caslte in Britain gave me a quest, telling me that a lich lord had been causing problems in a narrow valley north of Britain.

I was rather unhappy with this news and decided to help poor ol' Cyrus out seeing as he shares my brothers name and all. Before I gated to the location, I summoned an earth elemental and a fire elemental just to be safe. Once I arrived, I made short work of the lich lord, and for my efforts I recieved a "very slithery magic map"! I was so excited to find this because I've never found something so rare. I quickly went to the bank and sorted my little bit of loot, then I messaged Ki'Anna and told her the news. She was more then eager to help me out and she brought along a friend whose name was Xarxos (sorry if I spelt it incorrectly...I'm bad with 'X' names). After they were ready to go I got ahold of Annita Bloodoak and she decided that she'd come along as well.

The map was at the shrine of Humility, and upon gating there, we were faced with a few adept mages, hell hounds and deamons. After we dispatched them, I looked at the map and found it's location. I dug it up and we were all so amazed!

The treasure chest was invisible!! We tried to step over it, we tried to reveal it, to detect hidden it and everything else in the book. Then, I began to listen closely and heard someone picking the invisible chest! I looked at all my comrades, and asked "Who's picking it," and no one answered. After I heard the chest pop open, I tried to open it once again, but nothing happened.

Ki'Anna got the idea of throwing a purple potion at it, and KA-BOOM! The spawn started: mages, adept mages, lots of giant serpants, deamons and hell hounds. This group of characters didn't last all that long against us. When the last body hit the ground, I walked over to where the chest had been only ro recieve a note. The note informed me that the chest was so magical, it never really existed!

Anyway, after I read the note, Ogre lord mages and the like began to spawn all over the island. Then, the Grand-daddy of 'em all appeared: an Orge Lord Necromancer! Our worst nightmares have come true. This guy was tough. I have 104 magic resist, and his flame strike took off a good 50-60 health from me. Fortunately, we had a dragon with us that quickly killed the necromancer (along with lots of spells and arrows).

So, we seem to have a new enemy against us, and it isn't pretty at all.
