Do you know of any way to work out the owner of a boat you might see parked somewhere on the map?

The multis.txt file doesn't appear to give me the info.

There should be a property you can view, possibly on the tillerman, that has the owners serial number in it. The boat has to track that somehow so as to listen to the right person.
