Sand Dwellers spotted

I'm at sea right now, the beach near 1160, 2123 is covered again. the beach is covered with nearly 100 dwellers.

Any one know if these are a seer quest or something we have to live with from now on?

We've been getting various notes from them, so that suggests that it is a Seer Quest. Or, they are the replacement for the Praetorians. :twisted:

Sorry, no beach at those coordinates. That's near the maze.

1685, 2120 is the leading edge of that beach.
