*this post has moved from this forum*

To anyone who cares:
Please give people dying in other parts of the world more concern than you would give a dying Praetorian.

Mohammad Said al-Sahhaf is not wanted for any war crimes or crimes against humanity. He is not listed on the 55 most wanted. The US has refused to take him into custody.

Don't take offense at one person without a sense of humor. I thought it was funny Boggie. I know it was just in jest. :)

I'm just saying it makes me not want to fight the Praets at risk of being like the Americans.

I wasn't talking about Mohammad Said al-Sahhaf. But as for him I wouldn't pretend to know the motivation for what he said. I hope the affect was delaying panic/looting/violence. Unfortunatly in America the effect is that an Iraqi lieing discredits all Iraqis and reinforces the "We're right, they're wrong" mentality necessary for war.

I wish you had followed your own request Lyl. The links you posted are as politically charged as any I have read.

I was simply replying to a thread that had already been started.
Since DaBogmu removed his post though I suppose they are no longer a reply, so I'll remove my links too.

I would be happy to repost them in the General forum for discussion though.
If you wish I hadn't posted those links I would be intrested to know your thoughts about it.
