Need help purchasing a house

Postby Melinae Worth on Tue Apr 20, 2004 2:26 am

The house has a for sale sign but no price. I tried contacting someone online but I wasn't sure anyone was there so I waited an hour and nothing. I am assuming there was no GM logged in. I needed to know the price of the house and I had some other misc. questions about it. So if someone can tell me when I could meet someone, I would really appreciate it. Thank You!

That is odd. Did you click or doubleclick the house sign? Most "for sale" static houses are setup to be purchased automatically.

Where is the house in question located?

Looks like an Admin is taking care of it. The sign now says "For sale, reserved for Melinae Worth."

internal shard politics are driving some people out, I've heard word that some have quit due to the wolfpacks, still others quit because of the special treatment the oldbies get

I think we had a long thread arguing/whining about this a couple months back. No one ever came up with any actual evidence of "special treatment." Probably someone was jealous that an older player had nicer stuff, and didnt make the connection that he had earned the stuff through being here longer.

special treatment?

hum, cause of the wolf packs ,bah.
the other night i was hunting wolfs around the gy and wham, all of a sudden i had 6 leaders tag me here i was heavy so i ran no way im gonna take on that many leaders! then bam out of nowhere comes over 90 wolfs surrounding me you can ask my wife, see ran over and looked as i was walled in and surrounded 5 layers deep no stamina coul.dnt run away so i deid.no biggie i expect to die sometimes ,but what gets me is this wasnt a normal spawn anyone who came to rescue me wil tel you it was way over spawned, before they could get to me allmy ar and clothes decayed  .

yes i thought about quiting and whining about it,but things happen and im back to killing stuff and trying to replace all my stuff i took a year to get! sometimes you just have to stop take a breath log off watch some tv,spend time with your kids/wife .then come back and see how you feel!

i felt like some seer was mad at me and spawned things ontop of me to kill me,then i felt sad.
at other times yes i feel older players get special treatment ,and other times i dont see it .i perosnolay think it all depends if your having a good day or a bad day.
if your upset about smething else you tend to tak it out on others

If wolfpacks are upsetting you, perhaps you should stop hunting them. But then again what do I know, right? :)
