I'll be adding to blacksmithy some of the small blades that could only previously be made by tinkering, but that's about it. No 'new' new items.

It is something of a problem with the auctioneer window, I know, but I don't think it will be an issue with the blacksmithy window because it doesn't stay open. It just shows up to let you pick what you want to make, then closes while you make it. Once you get used to the menu and familiar with where things are on it, you'll probably only have it open for a few seconds at a time anyway.

In keeping with a "fantasy game" sprit, I'd like to see a Scythe added, it is used for farming after all.

I mean if it's not too much trouble, and thanks for all the changes LOVE them.

I believe that a scythe (along with a number of other new weapons) was added in LBR or AoS. Whenever we upgrade the clients to something in the 3.0 or 4.0 range (and probably after POL 0.96 at well), we'll likely get quitea few new weapons.

I was wondering if it was you forgot or it was ment to be like this. Ther is no area to type in how many weapons you want so if you want like 20 things you have to go through the process 20 times. Not that I mind either way its just more conevient the other way.(I actually really dont care)

Actually, I did remove that feature on purpose. I really wasn't too fond of it because it seemed like there was very little actual interaction with the game. If you click 3 times then watch TV for 5 minutes while your character makes banging noises, well, it gets a bit boring.

Now that its gone, though, blacksmithy does seem to be a bit click-intensive, so I'm thinking the feature will make a comeback shortly, though its probably going to be limited to 5 or so items at a time.

Okie-dokie, there's now a place on the menu to enter how many you want to make of the item, with the maximum being 5.

Aellius (my smith) did his first "bulk deed" or whatever you are calling them, and it was fairly fast. 2400 gold and virtue for doing 10 quality kriss's (or is it krisses? krisss? perhaps krissi is the plural of kriss...anyhow) was a nice reward.

I love the new blacksmithy menu. The only thing I would like to see added is a quantity field.

5 at a time makes it so much easier
My smith isn't too bright and had trouble counting with the one-at-a-time menu.

Can the male/female plates be renamed? Like the female could actually say "fem plate" or something. I got an order for "plate armor" and made up a bunch of regular male plate and then figured out it wanted fem plate.

There shouldn't be any problem, female plates are named "plate armor", male plates are "platemail".
