Straw?

I want to preserve a head and in the manual it says to get straw from a farmer but a farmer doesnt sell straw, only hay sheaves. So where can I get straw from?

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say a sheaf of wheat (or however many it said you needed) should do the job. I've never tried to preserve a head though, so I'm grasping at....uhm....well, you know.
