A useless suggestion:

Weekly lottery drawings. The pot is strictly player driven. The amount up to the time of drawing is the pot, if there is no winner the pot keeps accumulating every week just like the real lottery.
Don't ask me why we would need it, because we don't. Answer your question?

This isn't a bad idea, it has been brought up before. To expand on it a little, why not have items up for grab too. Though I'd like to see a better system then just using gold. Perhaps something along the lines of AG, heads for tickets, that sort of thing. It could be just the kick to get more people out there hunting.

Well the numbers are easy, you can set up a time to roll them at a given location and a given time, and use dice, not sure how many rolls to do, 6 maybe so you end up with 6 numbers from 11 to 66.

People who buy a ticket pick 6 numbers in that range.

The only tricky bit will be the tickets ...

I guess you could start a thread for it and people could post thier numbers ... no posts are editable

I guess you'll have to use a book or something and record each persons numbers, I really can't actually think of anything that you can hand out that can't be changed.

If you wanted to start off with something thats been done before successfully you can try a raffel

I'm pretty sure it was DaBogmu, I remembered who ran it because I won an indy invocation buff
