I was on my way to Despise for some casual hunting when I came across Pedro and his dragon at the end of the passageway to get to the valley near the entrance. That’s when he informed that there was probably about 100 shabooli’s ahead. So of course we slowly made our way in to try and kill them in small numbers. Too many came out of hiding and we where over powered. So we retreated but in the run one of my henchie’s (Francine) and also Pedro dragon (don’t remember the name) got left behind. This had now become a rescue mission. We managed to push the forces far enough so that we could get to Pedro’s dragon which by this time had died. Pedro was able to rez it and it was back to full health in no time. As for my henchie Francine it was too late she had decayed, may god have mercy on her soul. She made me proud and died with honor.

After a while Pedro had to leave but I decided to try and thin out the swarm of shabooli’s. Once I got in further to my surprise I noticed Malacin who had been demolishing there forces from the center of the battlefield. Malacin and I finally cleared the swarm of shaboolie’s. Then Malacin noticed that there was still a bunch on the little island area in the valley near the despise entrance. He tried to teleport over but there was too many for such a small area. We decided that we should make a game plan. We would throw explosion potions over and at the same time mana dump them by letting them cast on us. Eventually they where out of mana and their health was low due to the explosion potions. Malacin then teleported over and finished them off. Once we started looting we came across this note:

Shabooli:
There will be a change in plans since the intruder made it back to civilization.
Be on high alert.

I’m thinking they might not be hanging around the cave entrances anymore but probably looking for the intruder (its probably Johan) in the cities.

I guess I need to read these quests ones more often. I came across two of these in Shame Level One two days ago. Where is this Shabooli fortress?
