Why do i have a massive delay when sending PM's? i have one sitting in my outbox, been the for 3 hours now

That the mesage seems to be undelivered looks to be something of an optical illusion. Looks like messages stay in your out-box until the recipient actually recieves and opens the message, at which point your copy moves from the out-box to the sent-box.

I guess it also provides you with a chance to edit the message if you so desire as well.
