Drocket,
In your efforts to rename SerpentsScales to SerpentScales, you missed:
undead\npc_lootgroups.cfg

I will post them as I find them. This thread can be my notes!

Check evtext has replaced ev.text

In case you had overlooked it, you didn't include a lootgroup for the undeadlord
