oops, not again

Ok, this time its not my fault.
My late teacher in magic, Golda, left no heir. And so, since I knew her best, it was put to me to decide how to distrubute her belongings. Her home was sparse but for the books we so often studied over, no other valuables to be found oddly. Golda was a reknowned mage after all. Not like myself who... well I won't embarrass myself again over the details, but I'm not as couragous as some.
Anyway, I decided to donate all the books to a library, but among them I found one less academic though still cryptic. And in the book was a key! I may not be brave, but I'm clever enough when it comes to mathmagics. I believe the book holds coordinates, perhaps to where Golda hid her treasure:!:
Well, I'm not much of an adventurer, but after the great success with the dragons I thought, "Maybe the good people of Britain could help me find the treasure." So I headed out to the Moonglow moongate, straight to Britain and the bank/commons. Except I was waylaid on the road by a brigand.
"Give me all you money" he yelled. That bandit had a large bladed object pointed at me. I gave him everything I had even the Golda's book and key. "Come back when you have more money!" he shouted as he ran into the woods. Well, its back to hiding under my bed.
I'm never leaving the house again! If some brave adventures could rid us of the bandit menace they can go after Golda's treasure themselves. just Please do not go alone. There may be more than one bandit.
